We want you to feel confident when you enroll in our Dutch course. We understand that circumstances change, and we’re committed to making our refund and cancellation policy as fair and transparent as possible. This policy applies to all students who register for Dutch classes at Learn Dutch in Pakistan.


Cancellation Before Class Starts

Full Refund Eligibility

If you decide to cancel your enrollment in our Dutch language course before your classes begin, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of your tuition fee.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Your cancellation request must be received before your scheduled start date
  • You must not have attended any Dutch classes or sessions
  • Your enrollment should be canceled in writing (email or official request form)

This applies to all Dutch course packages—beginner, intermediate, advanced, or customized Dutch language classes.

How to Request a Full Refund

  2. Include your name, enrollment ID, and course details
  3. State that you wish to cancel before classes begin
  4. We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours
  5. Your full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Cancellation After Class Starts

Partial Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your Dutch language course after classes have started, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the progress you’ve made and the number of classes attended.

Partial refund structure:

Important Conditions for Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds are calculated based on the actual number of Dutch classes or sessions attended
  • If you have accessed course materials, recordings, or attended live Dutch language classes, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly
  • Administrative fees (if applicable) may be deducted from your partial refund
  • Partial refunds do not apply if you have completed more than 50% of your Dutch course

Refund Request Procedure

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Your email should include:

  • Your full name
  • Enrollment ID or registration number
  • Course name and level (e.g., “Beginner Dutch Course,” “Dutch Language Classes A1”)
  • Date you started classes
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  • Your preferred refund method

Step 2: Verification

We will review your request and verify:

  • Your enrollment status
  • Number of classes attended
  • Eligibility for refund based on this policy
  • Any outstanding obligations or unpaid fees

Step 3: Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours that includes:

  • Refund eligibility status
  • Refund amount (if applicable)
  • Expected processing timeline
  • Payment method for refund

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using your original payment method.

Note: Bank processing times may vary. International transfers may take longer (7-14 business days depending on your bank).


Important Conditions and Exceptions

When Refunds May Not Apply

  • Enrollment in Special Programs: Non-refundable promotional packages or discounted Dutch course enrollments may have different terms
  • Administrative Delays: If you delay requesting a refund after cancellation, partial refund percentages may be recalculated
  • Outstanding Payments: If you have unpaid fees or outstanding balances for Dutch classes, these will be deducted from your refund
  • Course Completion: Students who have completed 80% or more of the Dutch language course are not eligible for refunds

Additional Refund Considerations

  • Transferred Credits: If you transfer to a different Dutch course or level instead of canceling, no refund will be issued. Only a course change fee (if applicable) will apply
  • Makeup Classes: Unused makeup sessions or extensions cannot be refunded but may be transferred to a future Dutch course if allowed
  • Digital Materials: Once you have access to course materials, recordings, or resources for our Dutch language classes, these cannot be refunded
  • Group Discounts: Refunds on group Dutch course enrollments may have different terms—please contact us for details

Suspension vs. Cancellation

If you need a break from your Dutch course, we may offer a suspension option as an alternative to cancellation:

  • Pause your course: Suspend your Dutch language classes for up to 3 months without losing your progress
  • Resume anytime: Return to your Dutch course when you’re ready
  • No refund needed: Your enrollment remains active, and no money is refunded
  • Benefits: Ideal if you need temporary flexibility while studying Dutch

  • Course Credit: Convert your refund into credit for a future Dutch course at Learn Dutch in Pakistan

Q: Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the Dutch course quality?

A: We’re confident in the quality of our Dutch language classes and instructor expertise. If you have concerns about your course quality, please contact us immediately. We’ll discuss your concerns and work toward a solution before considering a refund.

Q: What if I miss several Dutch classes? Can I still get a refund?

A: Yes, you can still request a cancellation and refund based on the classes you’ve actually attended. Missed classes don’t count toward your attendance record for refund calculation purposes.

Q: Can I transfer my payment to a different Dutch course instead of requesting a refund?

A: Absolutely! Course transfers are often a better option. You can switch to a different level or Dutch language course without losing your investment. Please contact us for transfer details.

Q: Do I lose my refund if I don’t request it immediately after canceling?

A: We recommend requesting your refund within 30 days of your final class. After 30 days, your refund eligibility may be reviewed again. For the fastest processing, submit your request as soon as you decide to cancel your Dutch course.

Q: Are there any hidden fees deducted from refunds?

A: No. We believe in complete transparency. Any deductions from your refund (such as unpaid fees or administrative charges) will be clearly explained in your refund confirmation email.
