1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Learn Dutch in Pakistan (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) and you (“Student,” “User,” or “you”) regarding your enrollment in our Dutch language classes and use of learndutchinpakistan.com. 

By enrolling in our Dutch course programs—whether online or physical 1-on-1 private classes—and accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not proceed with enrollment. We recommend reading this document carefully before beginning your Dutch language learning journey.

2. Course Enrollment and Acceptance

Eligibility: By enrolling in our Dutch language classes, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if under 18) and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Enrollment Process: Enrollment in our Dutch course is completed when you:

  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Select your preferred learning format (online or physical 1-on-1 private classes)
  • Accept these Terms and Conditions
  • Complete payment as specified

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing truthful and complete information during enrollment. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your Dutch language course without refund.

Course Confirmation: After successful payment and enrollment verification, we will send you a confirmation email containing your course schedule, instructor details, and login credentials (for online classes).

3. Course Pricing and Payment

Dutch Language Classes Fees:

  • 1-on-1 Private Classes: PKR 50,000 per course package
  • Online Dutch Course: Pricing varies based on duration and content (details provided at enrollment)
  • Group Classes: Pricing available upon inquiry

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, online payment gateways, and mobile payment services. All transactions must be completed before course commencement unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

Currency: All prices are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the student.

Invoicing: A detailed invoice will be provided after payment confirmation. Invoices are required for financial record-keeping and fee transparency.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify course fees with 30 days’ written notice. Existing students will not be affected by price changes for their ongoing Dutch language courses.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full Refund: Available if requested within 7 days of payment, provided no classes have been attended
  • Partial Refund: If you complete fewer than 25% of the Dutch language classes, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of remaining unused sessions
  • No Refund: If you have completed 25% or more of your Dutch course program, no refund will be issued

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Failure to attend scheduled Dutch language classes without valid reason
  • Administrative or processing fees already paid
  • Services already provided or content already accessed

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Request Procedure: Refund requests must be submitted in writing us Email with your student ID, enrollment details, and reason for requesting a refund from your Dutch course.

5. Rescheduling and Class Modifications

Rescheduling Policy for Private Classes:

  • Students may reschedule up to 3 Dutch language class sessions per course package without penalty
  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time
  • Requests with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of that class session

Rescheduling Procedure: Send reschedule requests to our email with:

  • Your student ID
  • Current class date and time
  • Preferred new date and time
  • Reason for rescheduling

Cancellation of Classes by Company: If we must cancel a scheduled Dutch language class due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, instructor illness, etc.), we will:

  • Notify you at least 24 hours in advance
  • Offer an alternative date and time
  • Issue a credit for one additional class session if rescheduling is not possible

Missed Classes: Students who miss Dutch language classes without prior notice may forfeit that session. Two consecutive unexcused absences may result in suspension of enrollment.

6. Online Class Terms

Technical Requirements: For our online Dutch course classes, you must have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device with audio and video capability (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
  • A quiet learning environment free from distractions
  • Updated browser or application software

Platform Access: Access to our online Dutch language learning platform is provided solely for educational purposes. You may not share login credentials, record sessions without permission, or distribute course materials.

Recording Policy: Instructors may record online Dutch classes for quality assurance and student reference purposes. Students may request a copy of their recorded sessions. Unauthorized recording, copying, or distribution of sessions is prohibited.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties during an online Dutch course class:

  • Inform your instructor immediately
  • We will provide a makeup session at no additional charge if the issue prevents you from participating
  • We are not responsible for internet disruptions beyond our control

Session Duration: Online Dutch language classes are scheduled for the agreed duration. Sessions beginning more than 10 minutes late may be considered a missed class.

7. Physical Class Terms (1-on-1 Private Classes)

Location: Physical Dutch language classes take place at our registered address or a location mutually agreed upon by the instructor and student.

Punctuality: Both students and instructors are expected to arrive on time. Classes delayed by more than 10 minutes without prior communication may be rescheduled.

Classroom Conduct: During your Dutch course private classes:

  • Maintain a respectful and professional attitude
  • Prepare materials and homework as assigned
  • Avoid distracting behavior
  • Inform your instructor of any learning difficulties or concerns

Safety and Liability: Students attend physical Dutch language classes at their own risk. Learn Dutch in Pakistan is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal property damage that occurs during classes.

Dress Code: While no strict dress code applies, students should dress appropriately and comfortably for learning.

8. Student Responsibilities

By enrolling in our Dutch language classes, students agree to:

Attendance and Participation:

  • Attend all scheduled Dutch course sessions on time
  • Participate actively in your Dutch language learning
  • Complete homework and assignments as assigned by instructors
  • Notify us in advance if unable to attend a class

Conduct and Respect:

  • Treat instructors and staff with respect
  • Maintain a positive learning environment
  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or offensive behavior
  • Report any concerns or complaints through appropriate channels

Academic Integrity:

  • Complete all Dutch language course work honestly
  • Not plagiarize or misrepresent work
  • Use course materials exclusively for personal learning

Communication:

  • Check emails regularly for updates regarding your Dutch course
  • Respond promptly to instructor communications
  • Keep contact information current

Payment Obligations:

  • Pay all fees in full and on time
  • Notify us of any payment issues or disputes immediately
  • Provide accurate banking information for refunds

9. Instructor Responsibilities

Learn Dutch in Pakistan commits to providing quality Dutch language instruction through:

Professional Conduct:

  • Our instructors hold appropriate qualifications in Dutch language teaching
  • Instructors maintain professional, respectful behavior with all students
  • All instructors follow a code of ethics and confidentiality

Course Delivery:

  • Delivering curriculum as described for your Dutch course
  • Providing constructive feedback on your progress
  • Being available during scheduled office hours for questions
  • Adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

Communication:

  • Communicating clearly about course expectations and progress
  • Responding to student inquiries within 48 hours
  • Providing regular updates on your Dutch language learning progress

Cancellation:

  • Providing at least 24 hours’ notice if a Dutch language class must be rescheduled
  • Arranging a suitable alternative time or qualified substitute instructor

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Course Materials: All course materials, lesson plans, videos, audio files, textbooks, and content created for our Dutch language classes remain the exclusive property of Learn Dutch in Pakistan.

Student Work: Students retain rights to their personal work completed during the Dutch course. However, instructors may use student work (with anonymity) for educational improvement and feedback purposes.

Restrictions: Students may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or sell Dutch course materials
  • Reproduce or share video lessons, audio recordings, or written content
  • Create derivative works from our Dutch language course content
  • Use materials for commercial purposes

Permitted Use: Course materials are provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial educational use. Students may print materials for their own study purposes only.

Copyright Notice: All content on learndutchinpakistan.com is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: Learn Dutch in Pakistan provides Dutch language courses on an “as-is” basis. We do not warrant that:

  • Your Dutch language learning will meet your specific expectations
  • All course content is error-free or uninterrupted
  • Services will be available 100% without technical issues

Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn Dutch in Pakistan shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the Dutch course
  • Third-party claims arising from your use of our services

Exclusions: Our liability limitations do not apply to:

  • Death or personal injury
  • Fraud or willful misconduct
  • Violations of applicable law that cannot be excluded

Financial Limit: Our total liability for any claim related to Dutch language courses shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student for the course in question.

12. Termination and Suspension

Termination by Student: You may terminate your Dutch course enrollment at any time by providing written notice. Refunds will be calculated according to our Refund Policy (Section 4).

Termination by Company: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your enrollment immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in abusive, disruptive, or illegal behavior
  • Fail to pay course fees as agreed
  • Provide false information during enrollment
  • Misuse course materials or intellectual property

Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

  • Your access to online Dutch courses is immediately revoked
  • No further classes will be scheduled
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our policy

Surviving Clauses: Sections regarding Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification shall survive termination.

13. Indemnification

Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn Dutch in Pakistan, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your negligence or misconduct during Dutch language classes
  • Your use of course materials outside permitted purposes
  • Any claims by third parties related to your actions

14. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Right to Modify: Learn Dutch in Pakistan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Notification: Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email. Continued enrollment in our Dutch language courses after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Responsibility to Review: It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.

15. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.

Informal Resolution: Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage resolution of disputes through:

  • Direct communication with our management
  • Documented written correspondence
  • Good-faith negotiation

Complaint Procedure: Submit complaints to disputes@learndutchinpakistan.com with:

  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Dates and times relevant to the complaint
  • Supporting documentation
  • Proposed resolution

Response Time: We will respond to complaints within 10 business days and attempt resolution within 30 days.

16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Learn Dutch in Pakistan regarding Dutch language courses.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your Dutch course enrollment to another person. We may assign these Terms and Conditions without restriction.

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
  • You agree to be bound by all provisions
  • You have the authority to enter into this agreement
  • You accept responsibility as outlined herein
